Lifting thread and a few reps to give
Fuark brahs, had a pretty killer workout today.
Hit the gym first for a solid AF session. Hit the posterior chain basically from head to toe today, looking yoked AF.
Then went out in the blazing sun for a 25 minute walk - just to get the heartrate mildly elevated and work up a decent sweat.
Reps to first three ITT who post what their workout was today.

Nice brah especially that sun walk.
Did push today
Flat db bench up to heavy sets of 3
Incline db
Behind the neck shoulder presses (sketchy but give me an amazing pump)
Dips
Tricep push downs
Abs in the sun to finish it off

And behind the neck movements are legit fine if a person's individual anatomy can handle it imo.

Good morning! (JST)
Just finished upper body, bench and weighed shin-ups.

Today is my day off so I'm gonna jog along Tokyo Bay listening to an audiobook, Stephen King's "IT".
