Saw the bf/cuck of a girl that I've nearly smashed..feelsbadman

We live close to each other and as we were driving by each other he nodded and waved. At that moment I realized he's genuinely a good guy so felt bad for going after his girl a bit. He's a bartender and she doesn't work but always hangs out at the bar on a free tab. She's always flirting with random guys, drinking w me at my place or other people instead of at home, calls other guys daddy without thinking twice and in general acts single. At one point she straight up told me that if she weren't with him she'd be with mewhile were in his apartmentand I only know her cause she approached me at the bar. Had ample opportunity but couldn't bring myself to do it cause I know him enough to feel bad about it.

What's up with guys who live like this? They've been together for 10+ years and he'll probably marry her. Seems like a good dude but it's sad that this will be his life. Discuss.
