How does anyone live without fapping? I get it when dudes have sex and are on nofap, but no to both seems insane to me. I remember living in apartments when we first moved here and there was a cute cashier working at the local mart. I was on nofap for no more than two days and could hardly contain my desire to inseminate her and the other sloot who worked there. I was legit being friendly (flirty) and noticed drool forming at the corner of my mouth. It took self control not to face **** her right at the checkout. She probably thought I was some degenerate, because you could practically feel my body heat emanating. If this were an anime she would have felt my sexual aura.

It is better - statistically this should lead to less emotionally mature males reproducing, and a smaller cadre of males in the proverbial marketplace for women.

Incidentally - the male stereotype who turns incel would also be that least likely to best contribute to a stable home environment for a child to be reared in - so all this might end up being for the best in the long run.

Cure is to reduce your internet use to the essentials - emails, banking, applications, and that kind of stuff.
Use that other time to go out, read physical books, health max and learn how to socialise again with grounded people.
Same goes for feminists and other weird groups that exist out of self induced and heavily internet influenced mental illness.

Being an incel is just a symptom of a modern day mental illness/personally disorder.
