I've been a casual smoker for a long time(maybe 5-7 cigs per week), and recently replaced it entirely with vaping. To be honest, my lungs have never felt better. Absolutely killing it in the gym, and performing at a level not seen in a long time.

If vaping is beta, I'm ok with it.
