What's the kind of smell? Because there may be way to even plant a subconscious cue without telling him overtly.

In the same situation. She smells up the entire office sometimes. Like eye watering smell. That’s been much better but today her breath was bad.

What can I do?

I work if an office with her separate from everyone else, it’s just us. Granted she is 5’-6” and 280 pounds. She smells like she looks. Those rolls smells bad!!!!

I don't think the subconscious cue will work. Needs something more direct. If you don't want to tell them face to face, an anonymous note left on their desk could work.
