PSA: Finding JOY @ WORK
Sometimes it can be hard to remember the optimistic motivations that originally inspired your choice of career cage. That spark can fade. That spark can fade. HOWEVER, rediscovering joy at work IS possible. It may help to reconsider your unique strengths and abilities, and ask yourself if you’re getting the most out of your talents to benefit Mr. Shekelstein/The Company. If you’re not sure, consider these ideas for reclaiming joy in your cage:
• Re-engage with your team members. Even if you’re uninspired at work, don’t disconnect from those around you. Instead, show interest in their lives. Have your staff’s backs, and work on strengthening relationships (non-sexual).
• Praise your team members for the contributions they’ve made. You’ll earn enduring respect from those plebs.
• Spot growth opportunities (lol). Rather than simply protecting yourself from failure on the job, volunteer to lead new projects or other tasks that require you to stretch out your pathetic body SRS.
• Share a smile and a laugh
Some tasteful humor in the moment at work helps quickly cut tension, puts your plebs at ease, and boosts collaboration between cages.
Remember guys/gals/its... don't have too much fun over the weekend so you can come back into the office refreshed on Monday to work hard for Mr. Shekelstein! He needs a new pool in his smallest mansion and his yacht is 2 years old now! Definitely time for an upgrade, wouldn't you agree??Remember guys/gals/its... don't have too much fun over the weekend so you can come back into the office refreshed on Monday to work hard for Mr. Shekelstein! There is some good advice in there.
“The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.“
PS: Don't eat poop, just don't let the idea of it stop you from living life to its fullest.

Also, June is a time for members of the LGBTQIAP+ community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual and related) to come together to celebrate their identities and assert their rights.
• Pride Month is an opportunity to raise awareness of current issues facing the LGBTQIAP+ community. Be a role model
