Always lol HARD when people say "I'm not on roids, I've just been..."

"...lifting for 20+ years and I train really hard!"

LOL. I guess some retards actually believe this garbage, because people keep saying it. After like... 3-5 years of strict training/dieting (maybe less honestly), you're going to plateau as a natty. From there, you can either get fat and strong, lean and small/weak, or maintain at some kind of in-between state that is kinda-lean, kinda-big, kinda-strong, but not exceptional in any category. The difference between 5 years and 30 years of training is 0%. Actually, you'll probably get weaker and lose muscle due to age. Whenever I see dudes like Liver King who are 40+ and ripped, saying "I look like this because I've been training for 20+ years!" Or other people saying "he looks like that because he's been training for 20+ years!" I always laugh my ass off. It's honestly hilarious that people are actually objectively naïve and dumb enough to believe this.

People who are weirdly in denial about it, are the ones who are gonna kill their wife and kids in a blind rage.

Tbh opie I get asked if I’m on roids. I’m not, I’m natty. I don’t think I ‘look’ like I’m on roids but I probably get asked Atleast once every 2-3 months by someone.

I do actually say that I’ve been training for since I was 15 (I’m 32). Not sure what else you can say tbh. If you just say ‘ I’m not on roids’ and abruptly end the conversation, then that’s just weird.

The misc thinks I should be the size of an IFBB pro just because I’m on TRT. People have zero clue on how steroids work, besides the ones who actually take them. The ones who take them don’t share it, because retards try to discredit their hard work and diets that make them look great. People think simply injecting sh!t in your ass makes you just wake up and look like a Greek god. (Ded fkn Srs)

This thread is funny because if your dad gets you started at age 13-15 and you fast forward to training after college before you settle down, you will have some nice size.
We are not talking oid size but really good size after 20 years.
Then if you continue from ages 30-40, off and on 2 -3 times per week, you will be even bigger.
Oid muscles look harder than softer natty muscles, cmon OP, at least follow bodybuilding.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
