anyone else experience hypomania?

recently ive been very stressed out and its like from time to time i experience this weird natural euphoria that lasts at least 2 hours. feels similar to laughing gas almost. should i seek medical treatment?

I did a long time ago when I was having panic attacks caused by a muscle relaxer I was on after hurting my back. I kept looking out my window for when they came to break into my truck. LOL!

Yes, and then mania, and then psychosis. If it is persisting and interfering with your daily life/ability to function then yes, probably would be a good idea to get a mental health evaluation.

Sometimes I'll stay up for hours expecting a home.invasiin..never happens of course
