I hate when I put money into the market and it tanks the next day
I had cash sitting in my brokerage that I hadn't gotten around to investing
I considered waiting until the market was at a lower point but just decided to get it invested yesterday
Now today the market is down more than 1%

Put money in market......dont look at it for 15+ years and hope when you do look at it in 15+ years, we're not in a bubble pop, recession, pandemic, housing crash, debt default, environmental crisis, etc.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Some tips to help you,
Never invest all at once, and never put all your money into one or two stocks.
Never ever under any circumstances listen to any experts or millionaire investors giving you any kind of advice ever under any circumstances, they’re all embarrassingly full of ****, they all lose money left and right, and will never show you their accounts that are losing money, this is because the market is specifically designed and works in the way that fools most of the people, most of the time,
Never ever dare to short the market, you will always lose money, even the most successful short traders have eventually lost more, and in some cases even famously committed suicide, this is because stock market is designed to go up, and when you short to market in any way like buying puts or some inverse ETFs you’re taking a risk of limited profit and unlimited loss,
Only and only deal with stocks that you want to own, never get involved in any BS like AMC, or GameStop, only and only deal with stocks that you’re willing to hold for 10 years or forever,
Only deal with the stocks of companies that you personally use and understand, if you don’t know very specifically what Palantir does do not ever buy the PLTR stock, because then you may discover that Google can do something just like Palantir, but better, and the stock will go to zero in the future, and you’re going to feel stupid, but if you are an expert in AI and know for a fact that Palantir is much better than Google in this field, then by all means by Palantir, basically buy only stocks that you understand very deeply, and use in your personal life, like if you shop on Amazon, and really love Amazon, that may be a stock for you, if you think electric cars are complete bull**** then never buy Tesla, if you believe in electric cars, then by all means buy Tesla, you get the idea.
Do nothing! do not keep buying and selling, the money in the market is made during waiting, not during buying and selling, buy some S&P 500 and a few good assets like Google or Apple or Amazon, tesla bitcoin, and so on, especially buy some during the dips, always leave some cash on the side so that you can always buy the next dip, and then don’t do anything for 5 to 10 years, remember every time Apple sells a phone you’re going to get paid, you just have to be patient, completely ignore all news fear mongering and whatever else, especially ignore everything anyone ever says in the comments section or in investing thread on this forum lol
If you want to get involved in options, only sell options, never buy, and when selling options keep the Delta very low or else you’re going to get wicked out, how to properly earn money selling options is a whole other topic in itself,
Unless you spent several days reading, and researching absolutely everything about a company or asset, do not even dare buy a single share of its stock, check everything, are they making money? Do they owe money? Who is the CEO? Where is the company based? Is the money flowing in or out of the stock? Is the option chain bullish or bearish? And so on, if you don’t know how to do all that stuff then just buy the index like S&P 500 during the dips and don’t look at your account for 10 years other than adding a little bit on every crash.
