Gaining Muscle/Strength is EASY
All you have to do is lift normally like you would, and just eat your normal macro diet, and then just drink a half gallon of whole milk on top of it.
So just do everything you already do. But add a half gallon of whole milk every day. That’s 1000 additional calories and 64 grams of protein every day.
It takes 3000 excess calories to build 1 pound of muscle.
So over the course of one week, you have the capacity to add an extra 2 lbs of muscle simply by drinking an extra half gallons of whole milk per day.
That adds up to 8 lbs of pure muscle per month, which means 96 lbs of muscle per year simply by drinking a half gallon of whole milk per day and lifting hard every week.
Over the course of 5 years of doing this, you could gain up to almost 500lbs of pure muscle.
But you have to lift hard at least once per week or all the milk turns into fat.

Eating a healthy reasonable diet = wheel spinning. Dirty bulking is the only way to gain strength at any appreciable rate as a natty once the noob gains are gone.

Or is it better luck in the next life?
1. Sword Sk1llz - you gotta have a sharp sword that you can swing with one hand safely and accurately enough to cut a milk half gallon top clean off.
2. One-handed snatch and overhead hold - for years I trained autistically to be able to hold heavy weight overhead for time with one arm and eventually was able to reliably one-handed snatch 150lbs on any given day with either arm.
3. Chugging capacity - I always had a prodigious ability to chug, which you will need to do fast because you have to balance the barbell and it’s also basically holding your breath while chugging which makes you feel like you’re out of breath.
This is why only I can do it. I’m the only one who has all 3 sk1llz. After 60,000 views nobody was able to even approach my performance.

Milk protein is also good because it consists of approximately 80% casein which is an incredibly anti-catabolic and borderline anabolic protein which is characteristically slow-digesting combined with 20% whey protein which is fast-digesting and raises blood amino content quickly, and both are considered very high bioavailability proteins.
Lactose sugars while being low glycemic are actually rather insulinogenic which not only isn’t a problem for us because we are lifting heavy (cardio is acceptable if it’s a normal part of your routine, remember we are simply adding whole milk half gallon), so we aren’t worried about insulin spikes in fact we want to take advantage of them because insulin is a highly anabolic hormone when used in conjunction with intense and volumous strength and hypertrophic training along with caloric and protein excess.
Finally, milk fat is not a fat to be feared and I remain unconvinced that it would produce deleterious cardiovascular consequences or undesirable alterations to blood lipids, and as I said before adequate fat intake is necessary to spare protein, but also to spare carbohydrates towards being utilized as muscle glycogen which is not only important for aesthetics and muscle volume but also crucial to allow optimal muscle performance to elicit maximal hypertrophic and strength adaptation yield.

i like the idea of lifting casually for fun a few days a week and just throwing in an extra 50+ grams of protein from something easy to consume like milk.
live your life including some fun cardio stuff like hiking/walks/shooting hoops, etc. then take on the mindset of fook worrying about your body or what others think of it. obsessing over fitness is kinda tarted.

I know for me when I was more active in gaining muscle weight, I found it was easy. What worked for me was lifting hard till my muscles failed 2 twice a week, rest and recover, eat lots of protein, and get some sensible sun exposure. I used to joke that I was a bit like a plant needing the sun to help grow me. I did read once though in a book about how sun exposure does help with creating muscle.

I drink the Horizon Organic 2%. I actually agree the macro's aren't too bad for the price. And it goes down fairly easy for me. (Milk suits me).
1/2 gallon is around $5 and some change. 1040 calories. 104 carbs. 40 fat. 64 protein.
I eat carnivorish but I'm not trying to go 0 carb. So I do drink a bit of it to get some carbs into my diet. Thoroughly enjoy 16oz of it with my post workout meal.
260 calories. 26g carb, 10g fat, 16g protein. Pairs extremely well with meat.
Eating carnivore I actually have a problem getting enough calories into my diet and the milk is helpful.
