Hard to beat Makers Mark. Woodford Reserve would be my second choice.

Rare Breed is basically the next step up in price/quality from the same distillery.

It's about $50 out the door here, it's a good pour if ur willing to drop that kinda cash on a bottle. Wood recommend/10

I see the Henry McKenna peeking through from the back. That’d be my choice if at home, but with your selection I’d pull out then bookers.

For as hot as it is (120 proof?) there is a lot of flavor in that juice. Blew me away the first time I tried it. Solid selection, just need to get some Jefferson’s and Four Roses (Al Young if you can find it. Holy ****!) in the lineup.

ya I'm a HM fan for sure. Solid ass pour.

I have become somewhat of a proof hound since getting into bourbon. Even then, the Bookers generally drink HOT. But ya it does seem like the higher the proof the more flavors there are hiding in there which are fun to discover. Actually had a pour of both Bookers last night.

I don’t disagree about Jefferson’s, but I got all my bottles through the supplier tested so since I worked for a wholesaler in a past life. I’d suggest the ocean cask, but it’s not worth the cost.

Their barrel proof series is one of my fav bourbons ever (although their latest release isn't their best imo)

Regular Blantons is pretty good, but don't think it quite deserves the hype it gets
