Rate Lunch/10 - Cutting

13oz baked chicken breast
(150deg internal temp, pulled out to rest (will eventually get to 160F), and topped with pepper jack & cheddar cheeses)
Added a little hot wing sauce

Washed down with 16oz protein drink.

Juicy AF. Like a thirsty young sloot.

I forgot to add chopped green onions on top for added color and presentation.

I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

Not sure if thats a good cutting meal, looks like its heavy on the fat and cals from the cheese but other than that yeah it looks good.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Nah, cooked perfectly. No rubber texture to be had. Muscle fibers tightened up during cooking, no smoothness.

Too much sugars(carbs) in BBQ, that's why I opted for hot sauce.
