In the market for a new smoker, whats good?
Had a small electric smoker but it died and now want a better one.
What are the good brands? Traeger?
Lets just ballpark 1k budget if needed. Love making brisket, wings and ribs.

I have small Master Chef electric smoker. Not the best but it was cheap way to start and it does the job. Friend of mine has Bradley, which is fed by wood pucks. Bradley doesn't make better food. I prefer real wood chips without gluing compound in them. There is a distinct sour taste from wood biscuits or pellets. But, I think Bradley has add-on you can buy for cold smoke.

Trajer or broil king for offset, Weber smoky mountain for vertical

I use this for smoking except mine is labeled browning. Can fit tons of food in it and use both chips and hunks (which I prefer)
