Is losing 10 lbs in one month too fast?

Or is it considered pretty standard assuming you are not too lean nor fat?

Should be pretty doable just by cutting down your carbs a little... we hold a lot of water weight so that will be the first to go, I might add, rather quickly

About 1 month into cut already. At about 18% bodyfat.

Have known people who don't lift to lose that much, they basically just crash diet their way down.

Wouldn't want to lose that much while lifting, probably lose at least that much on each major lift a month as well as the bodyweight.
