How does Sleep Apnea feel? srs
I have ocassionally these weird suffocation episodes like I forgot how to open my mouth to breath, usually happens when stressed. Happens once in a night 1-2 a week at most. Had them more often few months ago.
I'm sleepy if I don't sleep 8-9 hours a night. If I sleep 5-6 hours, I feel a bit like shyt during the day but my energy comes in the night and could do an all nighter with ease. Never truly do I feel like passing out. GF says that I don't snore. Bloods are optimal, hormones are great.
Am I just stressing of becoming a ****gget or maybe spring allergies suffocate me with mucus?

Maybe get tested? I’m thinking about doing that cuz according to my gf I straight up hold my breath while sleeping.
Nah bro I’m sweet.

It's pretty bad to have. It saps your energy, you constantly feel tired and hungry, depressed and miserable, eyes are watery and scratchy, low alertness, everything is an effort.
Are you waking up too frequently at night, or are you waking up with a really dry mouth as if you deepthroated a book of carpet samples? If so, that's a sign of sleep apnea.

Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.
