So I am opening a gym

Yes, I am. It is something that has been on my mind for a long time, and well, I have the money. I sold a property earlier this year and I would have been getting raped by the government in Capital Gains Tax, so I felt this was the time to do so, why have all that money go to the government, when I could put it towards owning my own business, a gym? I realise it is hard to make a success of gyms, but it is something I wanted to do, I am not playing with money I can't afford to lose, and I would regret it for the rest of my life if I didn't do it, so screw it.

The gym itself will be a strength and conditioning type of gym (so a warehouse/grunt kind of gym, no scented candles in the change rooms). I am hoping to open within the next couple of weeks. Here are some old pics of the location and how it's going...

The opening date is drawing nearer. Most of the equipment has already arrived, and been assembled.

Some of what we done today. The rig has been assembled as well as the Rogue IPF squat and bench press combo rack. The Force USA GHD and ATX T-Bar Row are also in the house. And, of course, sandbags and kettlebells (up to 56kgs!) galore!
