Unequal Leg Strength?
I tried doing some single legged jumps and my left leg is a total bitch compared to the right. It almost feels like the coordination is off. Is this normal or did I have a stroke somewhere along the line??

If you are right-side dominant, your left side will be worse at coordinated activities. This includes jumping.
Interestingly, many people find that although their nondominant side is worse for coordinated, dexterous activities, it oftentimes is thestrongerside in terms of raw force output. You could test that by doing some unilateral quad extensions at the gym, Bulgarians, etc., at near-maximal weights.

Well damn I guess I can’t expect this to be an equally strong movement. It’s like throwing.
Are you the same way?
