Why does your cardio become chit when you are cutting?

Anyone else's cardio suffer a chit ton when they are cutting?

cardio gets better on cut for me...less weight to lug around, lean muscle mass....you doing it wrong?

just up the carbs on the days you do your boxercise class, and a nice chunky banana 1 hour before
