Autists are way more retarded than highly-religious people

Dead srs

The bible for example is written by people who at least used their brain to try and explain how the universe works.

95% of Autists just focus on what a 2k + old book written by those people says and base their arguments on it alone to prove God doesn't exist. Imagine how retarded you have to be to go by that way of thinking. Seems like these ****gets just exist to be edgelords.

Any logical thinking would come to the conclusion that the Universe did not come out of nothing. And we all come down to the idea of a creator.

I'm not going to argue what's true and what's not - truthfully we don't know and i'm not interested in arguing with religioncells or militant atheists. I'm not religious but i have great respect for many religious scholars (Augustine, Aquinas, Anselm, Erasmus etc..)

But this statement is patently false:
"Any logical thinking would come to the conclusion that the Universe did not come out of nothing. And we all come down to the idea of a creator."
There's self-consistent theories that have a universe that has no need of creation, and also allows a universe to come from 'nothing' (all you need is 0 net energy in the universe). Don't confuse your lack of imagination with 'logical thinking'

OP said autists not atheists.

Anyway I knew this autistic guy that grew up super religious. He later stopped believing in god because according to him "if there was a god why would god make him autistic?"

I wasn't referring to OP with my atheist comment, moreso that if i start speculating what is actually true or not, i'll end up having to debate a bunch of militant atheists and religious fundamentalists on misc.

well religioncels have an ulterior motive throughout history to make-up a explanation story. it automatically gives them wisdom and more importantly.....

wait for it.....

seriously....

RESOURCES!!!

its kinda like the original ponzi scheme. make yourself the "wise one" via religion and you get the choice of first dibs at food, housing, sweet pussy. This has occurred from Aztecs to the Vatican (who've stockpiled riches). Prolly occurred even earlier during Stonehenge or even way way earlier than that. Of course those yoga gurus get the prime pussy as well.

yoga is one of the great getting pussy scams...all prime women who are basically primed to have sex and become aroused.

Christians/ Muslims/ Jews created an explanation for themselves of what God might be. Autists just use that explanation as their source to prove their ''non-existant God'' point which makes their logic flawed and narrow-minded.

take money out of church and religion and I will begin to listen to anything it has to say.....

until then, it is just a laundering scheme that has convinced some people to give them money for nothing in return.

go take upper level math/physics classes. Yeah its possible there's no creator, but we also have some sort of formula for everything in the universe, which leads me to believe it was designed in some way or form.
I think being agnostic makes way more sense than being atheist...
plus the new testament has a lot of good messages/values, don't judge religion because dumbasses corrupt it.

The Universe either always existed or came from nothing and the same argument must then be used for God nullifying any contention with that issue.

The big bang doesn't state that first it was nothing and then something came. Just that the universe is expanding from a central point. More specifically that the energy of a singularity exceeded the gravitational force resulting in a massive explosion.

You don't have to be 100% certain something doesn't exist to not believe in it.

You could tell me you found out you won the lottery yesterday while shacking up with some 10/10 on your submarine that your restored... All technically possible, but I am going to go with NO.

I don't preclude the possibility that some advanced being may have contributed to the creation of the universe/mankind whatever... Just the same when there are literally thousands of mutually exclusive deities that people use to explain the creation of the universe I am just going to hedge on what ever one you are preaching is wrong.

lol, what a douchey pretentious response, comparing a believe in a creator(not a religion) to winning the lottery and more bs. I can tell by your try hard grammar you're intelligent...
I don't care what anyone believes in or don't as long as you aren't a kunt about it and have a good reason.
What I've studied leads me to believe something intelligent made this happen, it wasn't just random.

I never claimed to be atheist (im athiest-agnostic, nothing can be ruled out and im far from a militant atheist), but i literally have a degree in physics, so what 'upper level math/physics' classes am i supposed to be taking exactly, before i'm qualified to talk to someone with an intellect as great as yours about the origins of the universe?

I also never did anything your post implies i did; i never criticized religion, or belief, i simply pointed out that OP postulates 'logical thinking' means theonly possible conclusionis that we have to have a creator, and the universe didn't come from nothing is false, because there are self consistent (i.elogically consistent) theories that work without a creator, therefore it's not the only possible conclusion. I'd love for you to point out where i judged religion, or stated God cannot exist, or even stated anything beyond 'im not religious'... in fact i'd argue i was careful at the start of my post to do exactly NOT that, if you read properly.

There are many people that try to state that people are not atheist's if they admit a possibility of a god existing, but instead agnostic.

The lottery example is to take an event that is technically possible event, but show that active disbelief in something technically possible is rational. Pretentious as it may be.

I don't have any issue with theists. Particularly when they just believe that in principle it was created as you appear to be doing. It is when they assert that the universe was created and the deity they worship was the one that did it. While discounting the possibility of other deities as having created it as preposterous.
