I do think women and transgenders also count as diversity on top of gays, lesbians, and blacks etc as far as the Elites are concerned for hiring, universities, inclusion, etc.

It's pretty weird how Asians, Indians, Arabs, Persians, Eastern Europeans, etc don't count as diversity.

If a small company has 70-100% women or black people working there they're "diverse." Oh look at this Mexican restaurant where everyone working there is hispanic. So much diversity. Or clubs where 100% of the bartenders are women under 30. Somehow women are often labeled as minorities too. LOLOL. Yeah, half the population is a minority?
