100 years of creativity = the end of creativity?

K so I have a theory that movies have been around for like 100 years, and all of a sudden all we see are remakes and sequels. Hollywood ran out of ideas. It’s over

Not a lot though. We hacked the brain and understand what it responds to. There are a finite number of ways to stimulate that response. Plus the people who make the chit are working with human imagination.

I imagine "AI" may help, but that will run out of ideas soon as well.

I think we see an Indy boom soon. There's still plenty of creative people out there. Major movie studios have painted themselves in a corner cutting costs trying to get more money in exec's pockets. They've hired cheap inexperienced writers and CGI people. They chosen to pander to the Twitter Mob, and it's cost them. Cheap and profitable movies like Terrifier 2 and C0caine Bear are thriving because of it. Horror is doing great. Evil Dead Rise checked the box and had a Tranny actor. But most didn't notice because it wasn't part of the character. Hopefully, comedy soon follows.
