I bought some Kachava, Huel, and Kaged Clean Meal

PSA about Meal replacements.

The Kachava is the best one, but also most expensive. Clean Meal is a close second and Huel is actually a pretty decent 3rd. I mix them with unsweetened almond milk.

They all keep me not hungry feeling for about 2-3 hours on only one scoop.

They are all supposedly complete nutrient meal replacements with superfoods. Huel has the most calories.
