Yeah mine is crazy how much it’ll fluctuate. I think it’s normal. I’m on TRT so my test level is the same week to week so hormones shouldn’t be affecting mine

My mix is similar, cardio+sunshine+sleep 7-10 hours+zinc/b complex/magnesium+lifting. I get sun often but I think I should start supplementing Vit D too.

I feel like I am getting hornier as I get older which is nice and it is steady no up or down, just horny 24/7.

Yea depends on my stress levels/sleep/diet
