Thx, yeah I definitely seem to carry less around the midsection than most of a similar bodyfat, but I guess the trade off is I look less lean in a t-shirt since less overall vascularity and definition in my arms. Just been doing bodyweight stuff ATM and kinda neglected legs but I'd say they're similar to arms in terms of definition.

I'd say anywhere from 13-15% would have to see your back and legs. You carry very little fat in the midsection which makes you look pretty lean but you have kind of a lot of fat in the arms for how your abs look.

Have a decent amount of definition in my back but I definitely also carry some bf in my lower back. Here's a recent back photo.
