Anxiety lately, what do about it? (No drugs)
What do you guys do for anxiety? I've read you can take supplements that may or may not help, but mostly I just have to deal with it until it goes away.
Without sounding too much like a bish, am looking for help.
I have never had anxiety until just this year. Back in the day I would get something and it would go away by the end of the day. Now it just sticks around and refuses to go away.

I have this feeling of uneasiness, but I cant shake it off.
My hands feel a little shaky, but it's all in my head.
When I wake up in the morning, Im good.

Diaphragmatic breathing
Shallow breathing is common with anxiety, and puts you closer to a panic attack.
Also worth looking into heart rate variability monitors.

Reset your bodies fear mechanism and do pick up a hobby that makes you nervous AF. Skydiving, rock climbing, dirt bike ect...
Once you start doing stuff that is legit scary your over response to light problems will get recalibrated.

I’m gonna give an alternative answer to what other miscers are saying(which are still good recommendations)
You should discover the cause of the anxiety, dive into the emotion/experience it fully and let it clear out of your system. I have eliminated like 90% of anxiety in myself for what I believe to be permanently. I used to be the most anxious little fuk srs. Panic attacks stress butterflies in stomach sweats everything.
When you experience an emotion or sensation fully you allow it to “be” exactly in your body exactly as it is, without trying to do anything about it. What would happen to you if you just “let” your anxiety do its thing, instead of trying to rationalize it away or distract yourself or even calm yourself down? Can you allow your anxiety to just be, without judging it? No mental thoughts about how it’s bad or you want it gone, no judgement towards it, just feel the raw sensation of it as it travels through your body
Haven’t had anxiety in months, even when I get the sensation now (and it’s very minimized) my brain categorizes it entirely different

Hands on chest and abdomen, breathe in, hold for 2 seconds, then breathe out of mouth for 6 seconds.

I guess I would add to be careful of other stimulants, like some stuff they put into some pre-workouts, or any other energy drinks and so on, many people may have trouble with things like carnitine, sweeteners, sugar, ginseng, even chocolate.

You seemed to jump over my thrill sport recommendation. Srs. Go bungie jumping or something.
A lot of the other options are great too, but a lot of these mental issues show up because your body stops experiencing real fear so it makes some up.
