I had an abstract accepted to a conference in Denmark later in the year, which I will go to. Never been to Europe so I'm looking forward to that and I am hoping Denmark sloots are easier than they are here.


I was also in contact with a professor regarding a conference in Penscacola, a little later than the first one. Not accepted yet but he was interested in seeing an abstract. I'm really interested to see if the US is as batchit crazy as the misc and R/P make it seem.

Would aim for End of April / early May for Tokyo. Great weather and cherry blossom time. Philippines from end of November. Enjoy!

For me:
- short trip to the Netherlands this weekend. Some beach time and some chill time nom saying.

- in two weeks we're leaving for a week in Iceland. Got a rental car set up and will drive around exploring the island some. Mainly in the south up to the glacier. Open for suggestions if someone has been there.
