I'm skeptical that it was only $2. That same meal would have cost me about 3.50.

.08 cents for egg (dozen for .99cents)
2x cheese slices @ .10 cents each.
half can of corn is .40 cents.
So I guess $2.32
I don't count spices as like $3 worth of spices last me like 6 months.

Here's a meatball calzone I made a few days ago
"Dough" is made of 4 egg whites, arrowroot powder, and spices (1gr carb)
Filled with Mozzarella, and those frozen pre-cooked meatballs.
1/4 cup of marinara sauce for dipping (4gr carbs)
5gr total carbs

I assume OP is from Tucson AZ home of some of the best Mexican food in the US and the filming location of Revenge of the Nerds but this city has a dark side...
Back in 1997 I had the misfortune of being in the cross fire of a cholo gang related drive-by shooting at the South Tucson McDonalds off I-10
I was on my way from the El Paso live stock show transporting a few head of cattle to a ranch near Marana
I was eating my big mac and fries when about 10 cholos started hootin' and hollering but manager kicked them outside and a few moments later out in the parking lot gun shots rang out no injuries or deaths just pure mayhem
The cops showed up but cholos were long gone cops took statements from witnesses but I degress hope OP stays safe out there
