Any other fellow tradies avoid tradie places like the plague?

Here in NJ one of the biggest gathering places is WaWa gas stations. Any morning the place is packed and congested with pickups and tandem dump trucks, and landscape trailers. Hordes of tradies picking up their coffee, bad breakfast food and energy drinks.

I go to the small local store with minimal customers , no crowd, in and out quick.

Then you have Home Depot and Lowes. Where you have some lazy ignorant contractor clogging up the lumber entrance with his 80 foot truck and trailer rig to pick up a single 2x4. I pick up my stuff late in the afternoon or at night when the fellow tradies are gone and just homeowner mils are their.

I love going to Wawa and pretending I'm a tradie.
