LOL at carbcels

Why are they always fat? Always out of breath, bloated, farting, hungry all the time and eating all day and washing dishes?

Getting visible abs for them is some big event, they do it once a season when they’re competing in the show, and usually they need drugs to get to the visible abs combined with at least some muscle, of course on the off-season they immediately get fat again as they munch down repulsive pizzas and pasta, never able to figure out why they always have allergies, and all kinds of health issues.

Omad low carb keto master race checking in. Dat skin doe, never hungry doe, visible abs year round doe, never yawn or sugar crash doe, cawk rock hard at nearly 50 oldcel doe,

When will carbcels learn?

Look at the debate between Dr. Sean Baker, an all meat guy, and Layne Norton, Sean looks like a normal fit dude, Lane phd Norton looks fat and eight months pregnant, with two cans of monster in front of him,

or look at everybody who loves to bash and criticize Dr. Berg, he looks great for his age, but everybody who criticizes him is always fat and bloated with hanging skin with collagen loss from insulin resistance etc.

It’s ova for carbcels.

how does anyone get enough calories in everyday with one meal? unless you're 140lbs..how would that ever work for a man 200+ lbs that isn't trying to be in a cal deficit?

I do OMAD with lower carbs during the work week. I think normally I'm around 50-80ish. Weekends I typically do more depending.

If you're eating clean I think that would be pretty hard for a big guy who needs a lot of cals. For me I typically do 1200-1500 cals during the week and I'm usually pretty stuffed after I eat.

After you do OMAD for a while, your body gets used to it, including how your brain schedules hunger. You start getting cravings around the time your eating window comes up, and then you eat as much meat and general protein/fat items that you can. Maybe include a protein shake in the mix.

Yooooge steak with big salad. Salad is high fat with olive oil, avocado, coconut oil in the dressing, so calories can be very high.

I can do two meals or one meal with a snack tho. Casual.

Can do salmon or eggs instead of beef etc.

Not eating made up artificial unnatural stuff is a fad diet? What is fad about low carb no snacking approach???

If calorie amount is all that matters, do a diet insufficient in protein and fat, and come back here in a month to report results

Not true. One meal of 2k calories is different from 3 meals of 2000/3 calories. More often you eat, the more often your body is releasing insulin. Key to losing weight is to keep insulin low and stable.

Keto/Low Carb diet miscers: how do I transition to that diet in the smoothest way? I have always been afraid because of concerns over energy and brain fog (I hear those are the issues with critics of Keto/Low Carb diets). I do lots of cardio and kickboxing (6 days a week) as well as a job and going to school which is long hours and lots and lots of reading, writing, and grading.

If you’re active like that, and are involved full-time in pretty explosive sports, there’s a good chance you have really great insulin sensitivity, and a low carb diet may not be for you, for example, you may very well find that you lose some of your explosiveness, since carbs are a faster source of energy,

If you wanted to try it, then you should gradually lower your carbs, drinking more water with electrolytes and some salt should prevent the transition “flu”, mct oil and bone broth help too. Lyle McDonald recommends at least one week of this transition by gradually lowering your carbs to ~100g etc. remember, it can take almost a year to fully transition to low carb and regain whatever performance edge you might have lost initially. Be generous with the amounts, more water, more electrolytes,

If you notice any improvements with lower carb approach, then you can experiment using carbs just before and after your work outs.

Radiation oncologist and cancer researcher showing results of various studies:

Cliffs: high and normal carb diets, even in thin people, raise cancer risk yoooooogely and bigly compared to keto diet.

Those who eat carbs and fat together, pizza or bagel with cream cheese etc. are straight up retard.
