Anyone feels sleepy even when doing 8 hours a sleep

Never had this before starting a 9-5 job dead srs. Always feel like trash ever since.

Before that I could go to bed at 5 in the morning and wake up at 12 midday and feel fresh. Could the idea of a strick scheduele stresses me and I get shyt sleep

Used to be like that when I had a busy schedule. 6-7 hours was the best. Anything more made me feel sluggish. Now on the NEET schedule and need 8 hours minimum.
