I dare you to find a better recreational sport than sand volleyball, not to be confused with it's incel basement dwelling brother indoor volleyball.

Perks:

- Can play shirtless and have plausible deniability that you aren't a tool
- Easy to get a tan
- Low cost, just need a ball
- Athletic enough to be a legitimate workout in good games. But still down time for claws between matches
- Social sport. One of the only sports you can play with women and it still be fun/competitive
- Chicks love volleyball, great way to meet them
- GOAT locations: by a lake, on a beach, in a park next to grilling spots hnnnnng
- Can play while blasting music. Good vibes
- Spiking the ball at manlets while at the net is a great display of dominance, your position on the food chain



Yea you can play basketball and risk getting mugged or go play golf with your beer gut and talk about your latest green egg recipes with your other loser friends. Real winners play volleyball

Manlets know they arent good at volleyball; its not exactly rocket science LOL.

Used to play in some leagues when I lived in Chicago on the lake, and play in a couple at a local brewery now but live in a landlocked state. Envy the brahs that live on the coast who can surf and volleyball anytime they want

Love playing for all the reasons mentioned in the OP. Me and a group play beach volleyball at the lake every summer. Always a blast.
