touching porcelain is a common problem for me but never got a disease from it so far, best trick I have found when sitting on troublesome toilets is to wad up some toilet paper or some of those seat cover things into a little โ€œpillowโ€ to put between my penis and balls to lift up d and give more clearance between the tip and bowl
