I don't lift to get girls to sleep with me

I lift to get girls to treat me like a human being.

Non lifting I'm a 5/10

Lifting makes me a 6.5/10 with a good body and slightly better face due to bodyfat % maxxing

The difference between a 5/10 and 6.5/10 isn't getting laid it's being treated like a basic human being, not being looked at with contempt, not reacting with a look of terror on their face of you glance in their direction.
