Xcom 2 is the best game that was ever made

I play it all the time. Ironman Legendary attempt going on right now.

agree 100%, my most played game for sure. been playing it since release, only game I restart over and over and always come back to it sooner or later.

tomorrow a game called aliens dark descent is releasing with a bit of an xcom vibe and its actually getting pretty good reviews

But its hard to reach Xcom. The game has so many little details its crazy. The banter with the choosen. The music. The gameplay. The **** that happens on ironman that never happens in any other game.

I have a boring job but i play xcom and it makes my day quite interesting. Do you play legendary ironman? I just finished ironman commander.

I absoolutly hate games where your creativity is cut off and its always the same. Xcom is a crazy sandbox where always something different is happening based on your choices and based on your skill.
Everything I post is trash.

I play commander but not ironman. i just have these neverending games where I dont kill the chosen and just do missions/guerrilla ops over and over without doing the last mission. its cool starting a new game and seeing which recruits will rise to the top and losing a good one hits you in the feels like no other game. also the randomly generated maps are awesome, no game is the same

a few months ago I gave phoenix point a try and it was also very good. did a few things better than xcom for sure so if youre ever bored give it a try. was hooked on it for a while but xcom has more variety.
