He seems very chill in this video too. He's pretty big in the powerlifting and strongman communities and organizes some stuff as well.

Also, another cool thing about this video is that Magnus, a rock climber, just casually breaks a world record in this video without even realizing it.

yup it was 2019 - he coaching Martins Licis who was a relative unkown at the time and told me he thought he could win WSM within the next few years. Sure enough he did.

Ive known a lot of older dudes who were natty when I was growing, we had a guy who was a carpenter he used to fix up our house and worked with my Uncle he was 65 and strong as fuk he had popeye arms too he was only 5'7 but dude was solid like a tank.

The key to keep your test levels high is not being sedentary and being active and eating good proteins not these soy filled processed foods.
