Solid advice for all you FA miscers
All it takes for you to be a 'Chad' is to be content with who you are, comfortable in your own skin and love yourself genuinely. This abundance thereof you could share with the folks around you.
Contrary to what you think, it's not about looks. It's about the way you carry yourself and how you make other people feel.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

You'd sell this advice better if you show it working out in public.

Man, what pleasure do you gain from stating the obvious? Yeah, being good looking is a prerequisite to pulling off Chad chit. You don’t have to be Chad to do well though.
Real life isn’t a dating site, and you can do ok with a little effort, unless you’re a legit gollum.

Luckily post-covid I can WFH 3-4 days per week so I don't get mogged so badly.

I think it requires experience. If you don't have much dating experience, you need to start going on dates. Don't take it personal if it doesn't work out. Just learn and keep doing it. If you commit to going on regular dates for an entire year, chances are you will end up with a girlfriend by the end of the year. The more experience you gain, the easier it gets and you level up your skill.
