First off, men sleep with whom they can while women sleep with whom they want. It is astronomically easier to get laid as a woman on dating apps and social media than it is for a man. It is astronomically easier to get laid as an average looking woman than it is as an above average looking man.

When a man finally settles down and wants commitment, rest assure that the woman is the best he's ever had such that he's willing to be exclusive. The woman is the best looking and most nurturing he's ever been with and he wants to lock that down. Yeah, he'll bang less attractive chicks in the past but he's not pulling out the red carpet and doing the most with dates and gifts for her. The most those past chicks got were Netflix and Chill. There are no insecurities involved from the woman's perspective. She knows this is the best he's ever had and he's giving her his all in all aspects.

On the flip side, when a woman settles down... there are always lingering thoughts about her past. The man doesn't know for sure if he's the best she's ever had because women always sleep upwards. They have easier access to date and sleep upwards. What sexual things has she done with high value men that she's now cutting off? What things did she do for those past men that she isn't doing now? Has she now come to realization that she can't lock down a high value men and is lowering her standards? Is she settling for the new man?

When a man sleeps around, it comes from a position of power (literally being elite tier in terms of finances, looks, career, charisma, and confidence). He knows that he can hit at anytime and at anytime during the situationship, he can get his act together and be exclusive with the women he's sleeping with. On the other hand, a woman is just another cog in the man's rotation. She drops everything on a whim to cater to the needs of the man. She desperately wants exclusivity but knows that she can't have it so she settles with occasionally being his slam piece when he's bored. The woman clearly does not value herself, so why should the men courting her in the future?
