Erection quality dropped off at 35

I noticed the first signs of ED when I was about 33. It's slowly gotten worse and worse and now at 35 I have to admit I have ED.

-Hard to get and stay erect
-Sex isn't as pleasurable even when erect
-Overall motivation and energy levels are lower

This happens when I'm with a girl and even when I look at porn. If I cut out all porn would that solve the problem? Anything else I can try?

how healthy are you? I cannot assess your issue if you're 300 lbs.



My sex drive was lowest in my late 20s because I was fat. 250 lbs.


I'm 40 now and bang the wife 5-7 days a week. no problems. but I'm 210 lbs and workout 4-5 times a week. all natty. i don't even take supps everyday. when I do, it's zinc and biotin. sprint once a week. i'm in much better shape now despite being older.

I'm healthy. I'm 6'1, 175 lbs, work out 2x/week doing cardio and bodyweight exercises. I don't eat junkfood and get about 6 hours of sleep per night.

The only thing dragging me down is constant stress from my job. I fuking hate it and will be resigning soon. Maybe that'll do the trick. Otherwise I'll check out Cialis because I've maxed everything else out.

Bro, it's 2023. Go on hims, or various other internet pharmacy sites and you can get it without doing any of that.

I went on hims and had my script in about 10 minutes, no doctor visits, nothing. Shipped to my door, need a refill, go back online and prefer one. You answer a couple questions and then that's it.
