tipping culture is so fukking stupid

tipping should be rare, like you exceeded expectations and I'll pay you extra for it.
Now it seems like a requirement, or a guilt trip. Instead of paying worker's good wages, companies rely on customers to pay extra...

Tipping should just be made illegal.

Waiters think carrying your burger plate without spitting in it is exceeding expectations.
Then you can tell when one is just kissing ass because they want a bigger tip so desperate lol.
