The chit that Chinese people eat?

i once saw a bunch of Chinese people peeling and eating boiled eggs, but on closer inspection realised it was the foetus.

Tucking into them like it was a tasty cheeseburger.

I mean most of the world has some standards. Yes they may eat donkey cock in Egypt, sheep brains somewhere else, but the Chinese are on another level.

Anyone ever been to China?

I watch a lot of the videos on youtube. Find them extremely fascinating

Im always impressed by their lack of a gag reflex or sensitivity to certain textures.

Im not a picky eater whatsoever but i am sensitive to slimy textures. These brahs give zero fukks. They could eat monkey brains out of a live money with its skull cracked open and feel nothing about it... its just food to them.

Have been in China. Have not seen anything like this.

Actually, aside from the hbbs and the rich history, the food is the biggest draw for me to China.

the thing about chinese is that they eat for what they believe is health purposes.they make soup out of birdsnest cause they think its healthy.same thing with sharkfin soup.you know how expensive that is?very expensive.wether they are right who knows.but i know a lot about chinese culture

On my last trip I was in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Xi’an and was there for about three weeks. I had a lot of chicken (usually fried to crispy with peppers hnnnnng), a lot of pork (shredded pork, pork belly, pork chops), we ate a whole fried duck, there was a whole roasted fish (my hosts fought over who got to eat the eyes— it’s considered lucky), hot pot with beef and fish balls and veggies, some omelette-like dish from a street vendor, a ton of rice, rice noodles, some wheat based noodles in Beijing, mango and mango-based desserts (my fave), lychee-filled pastries, and in Chengdu there was this amazing eggplant and tofu casserole that seriously gave me a semi.

Aside from the eyes and tofu and ducks and geese, and total lack of cheese, not very different from our diet… and it was all delicious. Not one bad meal while I was there.

I am in China.

Balut (the Filipino version of fertilized chicken eggs) isn't super common but yeah it's eaten here in some areas. Most people in Shanghai (where I live) eat tea eggs (hardboiled eggs cooked boiled with tea bags and spices) which are WAY better than plain boiled eggs we eat stateside. Plus, on the streets, you can always find a place. The local place by me I can pick up a 4 tea eggs for a dollar and some steamed buns for another dollar.

Lol my family used to eat that and I was always disgusted by it, especially the baby bird.

But like someone said, its one of the reasons why the Afrikangs and Changs are the top tier race since they can stomach it.

It terms of food santary at the moment, India probably has it the worst.
