SCOTUS ends Affirmative Action: LOL @ DEIcells srs

Basically makes DEI which includes ESG much harder without risks of discrimination cases. AA was a way they could bypass discrimination laws to discriminate against whites, but no more. Some companies have it so embedded into their fabric it's going to take some lawsuits to remove it.

Time for the lawsuits. Imagine when this spreads to workplace lawsuits.

Spoiler!
Anyways this was all programmed. The military can't hire zogbots right now, the jews need to backpedal on the subversion slightly to bring some patriotism. Jews need the suicidal good old american boy willing to go die abroad for jewish causes while the USA is destroyed from within. Rinse/Repeat

This ruling will do very little to nothing.

Next years Harvard freshman class will still have more black females than non jewish straight white men, same as the past few.

For now, it will probably have little effect. Racist progressives in academia gonna racist. Until lawsuits are filed repeatedly, which will take years, but have room to prevail now.

The universities will simply change the criteria from race to zip codes/income/single family homes, etc to manipulate the numbers and get around the ruling.

The biggest problem with this whole thing is 3 judges voting against it. How did the highest legal institution of your country get compromised like that? Seems like a clear cut case when you look at it legally.

The "liberal" stance from the dissenting judges was essentially that being colorblind is racist. Equity over equal legal protection.

Corporate Left leaning media and Biden are scurrying to tell colleges they can still use race in admissions in a roundabout way, which I assume most still will.Illiberals will mostly just ignore the Supreme Court decision until they're successfully sued over and over. US Ivy League schools have for a long time been actively recruiting non-white, non-asian students. Literally talking to them individually by going to their high schools, encouraging them to apply, which has been telling them "apply and you'll get into our university because of your race." That may have to stop now.

Something progressives never acknowledge is the higher dropout rate when blacks are admitted to top tier schools compared to the black dropout rate at other universities that cost the same. In the end a lot of black students drop out of top tier schools they shouldn't have been admitted to, whereas they would have graduated from a mid tier school. It's a double edged sword.

ESG is affirmative action on steroids, but for businesses. Ultimately plenty of colleges will still factor race, but a few more black and hispanic students than before will have to go to universities that match their grades and SAT scores. Example: Boston University instead of Harvard.

More than likely the graduation rate of black students will go up a bit as a result of this Supreme Court decision.

Mush mouth is angry, saying "this is not a normal Court" while also implying America was founded on affirmative action. Lol.

Just seems like either gross incompetence or political activism to me. It's literally their job interpret the constitution and make a ruling based on that. If the constitution is clear about discrimination being illegal it's a clear cut case.

I can't remember a big decision case where the "liberal" end of the Supreme Court wrote their decision based on the Constitution. In these big cases when it comes to what they're sworn to do vs social activism they choose the latter, with their written statements oozing with feelings instead of the law.

If the Biden student loan bailout passes through the Supreme Court in the coming days it will be because of part of a law passed during the pandemic. It's a case more open to interpretation and substantially depends on the legal standing of arguments. Whether it passes or not the "liberal" side of the bench will include plenty of feelings and emotions in their writing.

As I said in an earlier postI suspect the college black graduation rate will go up in several years as a result of this Supreme Court decision. When it does the "liberals" angry right now will be angry again, denying there's a correlation. REEEEEEE!!!

All the emails going out today from University Presidents are essentially telling prospective students to go ahead and take it upon themselves to explain how bad they’ve been oppressed and they will happily listen.

It’s a don’t ask, do tell policy.
