Do you need creatine if you eat lots of beef?

According to Google, 1 pound of red meat has a couple of grams of creatine, so if I eat 2 pounds of red meat per day, don’t I already get a teaspoon maintenance dose of creatine?

Asking for a friend.

I've looked into it before, raw meat has more, I think you need to eat several pounds to not have to supplement with creatine, I just take creatine anyway its so cheap why not.

5g of creatine is the general recommendation for everyone including women. If you're a larger man you could benefit from more than 5g of creatine.

Good point. I think it was Ben Pollack that I heard say that. I don't know if he sells supplements or not but he came across as honest to me. Creatine only has a marginal benefit anyway.

Agreed. Keep in mind our bodies produce it naturally (1-2 grams daily.) Add foods like steak, ground beef, pork, chicken tuna and other types of fish and you should be good to go.
