Weird question, perhaps someone has dealt with something similar, I'm lke 15% bf or something, 230, 6 foot, workout everyday, strong, but no abs, I and I got that puffy nipple looking thing going on in T shirts, and a little gut in addition to the big build.

So, i noticed when I lift chest (naturally my strongest body part, I was benching over 300 lbs in high school senior year, closer to 400 in college, but I got dem der man boobs (looked ok with shirt off, but in shirt, gyno.)

So I stopped lifting chest. Completely, like 10 years ago. (tris, close grip bench, dips, still hit the chest here and there). and I've basically liked the results of same size big arms, and I don't look like I have bouncing pecs / tits when I'm walking and running.

What are your thoughts / best advice if someone has delt with this?
