Srs straight up answers:
Deny yourself (do not confuse that with not BEING yourself. Be your best self, OP)
Endure suffering.
Be Kind, but ready to sacrifice yourself to protect others.

To deny yourself: is to fast or delay some type of gratification. Fasting food, fasting porn (best to just never look at porn), social media, etc. If you cannot deny yourself the little discomforts of life, you will no way be prepared to deny yourself the greater things that can harm you spiritually.

Endure suffering. Easiest thing is exercise, but push yourself to the limits. It's more than simply moving. I do endurance type stuff in 118 degree heat, or miles and miles of uphill grind. Cold showers, sleeping on the floor, hiking/camping in the back country with only what you can carry. To know physical, emotional, and mental pain is to know yourself. Comforts are a distraction from knowing your true self.

Be kind. Learn to forgive. Learn to Love. Learn to sacrifice. It takes more courage to be vulnerable than to exact retribution out of anger. Be vulnerable enough to protect others at cost of self.

Tst is just a number. Mines in the 170 (free tst, tested 6 years ago). I live as though tst is through the roof. Do I look like I need tst?
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.
Thank you, LORD, my God.

Organ meat is 50x more nutrient dense than muscle meat. You actually have to be careful not to consume too much.

Your liver is probably shriveled, with the consistency of a gusher fruit snack.

Stay out of your comfort zone and take up challenges in life, this is the single most test raising and life affirming action you could take.

I would argue that high testosterone is in large part a mind state. there is a physical component of course, but the mental aspect is the most important. how else can you explain that an act of courage temporarily shoots your test through the roof? hell, even sitting upright with assertive posture raises your test.

Mid 30s and I don't feel much of a difference from a decade ago. Maintain sub-20% bodyfat, fast, eat fat, alcohol seems to be OK. I agree with Staller432 though, diet and other physical optimizations seem to be negligible if your attitude and mindset aren't good.

100% this. Go through days where you totally drain your system cranking out as many loads as you can in a day. It will tell your test levels that there's a demand and work to maintain that.

I'm 42 and have the same stamina and EQ as when I was 20.

Proper fat intake, sleep, not drinking, lower stress, exercise.

Also TRT if an option for easy mode.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
