Misc, how often do you this? (Wake-up fail)

I do it from time to time, if it's not something terribly important, like a haircut appointment I can reschedule. Some times I've done it for urgent things, like a job interview. After that, I just accepted that opportunity was gone and look elsewhere, lol.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Might have happened once in my life, but not to that extent

35 and literally still jump out of my bed the moment the alarm goes off SRS. Always been a night and morning person

Sounds like you need to set more than one alarm and get an alarm clock set across the room in addition to your phone alarm

Can't say I identify with that. My alarm goes off every morning of the week at 5am and I'm usually up naturally 15 minutes before that. I can't remember the last time I slept past 5:30am after the alarm goes off. That's 'sleeping in' for me lol. I set my own hours and don't start working until many hours later. I just really like getting up early and getting things done. Seize the day and all that.

Yeah, I do wake up at regular times now. It only happens if you get to bed too late night before. For something you can relate to, don't worry brah, I got you (it's first time eating ass):

Isn't it great sitting with some black coffee watching the sun rising and hearing the birds chirping?

Maybe you wake-upcels can offer some advice to getting up really early. What are you tricks?

No coffee or alcohol at night? Exercise enough? No smartphone after a certain hour?

Consistency is the first big piece. Regular sleep and wake time. Yeah, limited screen use before bed. No caffeine in the afternoon, try not to eat a heavy meal before bed, not too much liquids that might cause you to wake up and rock a piss at 3am, etc.

A nice way to start this is a force start approach. If you want to wake up at 6am consistently but you're still going to bed late, force yourself out of bed at 6am even if you're exhausted. Go to sleep a bit earlier that night. Move on that way. Force of will, boyo. Put your alarm clock on the opposite side of your room and make it something aversive. A loud ringing or obnoxious music that will force you out of bed.

Hope this helps.
