Nationwide emergency question

Do we have to pay out mortgage/bills/rent if there is a nationwide emergency (like we have a nuclear exchange or WW3) ?

If nukes are dropping and we are being sent to fight do you think they would expect us to pay our bills?

I mean people stopped paying rent because of a cold so probably not

I wouldn't be surprised if they used that as some form of a coupe in order to confiscate the majority of homes to establish communism. (Ded fkn Srs)
