Why do vasectomy?

Takes the guesswork out of it and you can nut anytime you want, not wait because she might get pregnant. There's lots of oops babies out there.

In my 40s, I've been with plenty in their 20s & 30s and no way am I going to be a new Dad at that age. Not a chance, mine is grown and out on their own already.

Cost me nothing to do, was tired and a little sore for a day, and that was it. Great decision.
