What’s the most useful thing you’ve ever bought?

Inb4 air fryer crew

Mine is a robot vacuum, that chit means I only have to give the house a deep vacuum once a month. It works upstairs and downstairs with no issues and goes off once a day.

Taking into account the price of it as well (200 cuttlefish) I have to say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made

Realistically I could live without a car but I’d much rather not.

What’s the situation like in Texas? Poor public transport or is Texas just THAT big? I’m pretty sure I’ve read that Texas is three times the size of wales lol

It's both. Poor public transportation and Texas is big. Most of our major cities are covered with parking lots.

It wouldn't surprise me if automotive corporations have been lobbying against public transportation. You'd think they realize adding another lane to some of our 15+ lane freeways is that working lol.

on my 40s BD I got RipStick. Damn that thing was my toy for over two years. Apart from people looking at me kinda strange, you know, it was awesome. Changed wheels a few time, thing was never designed for adult weight. Still have it.

It used to be this induction stove. Makes cooking vastly easier. You’d have to have a mental impairment to burn something on it. Looks like I need to wipe it down.

bought a fanny pack recently that is my new man-purse. Don't leave the house with it, carries everything I need and has two pockets so I can keep my sharp objects (keys) away from my shiny objects (cell phone, sun glasses, etc).

strap is long enough so it can be worn over the shoulder. Good materials, surprisingly spacious. I'm never carrying chit in my pockets again. Hate that feeling of having heavy angular objects pressed into your thighs all the time.

Well if I skip my car and electronics then the winner is probably my electric kettle. Boiling water quickly is very useful.

For anything sort of recently purchased it would be my knockoff version of the Always pan or Everything pan. It's lightweight and genuinely easy to clean. I use it at least 3 or 4 times a week. Not the one I have but this is $55 on Amazon and looks similar.
