Money is only good for avoiding chit you don't want

Avoiding: chit people, chit jobs, chit situations, chit illnesses etc

But if you can avoid them already, no point in having money.

I agree. simple thought experiment being without money makes you unhappy but having money doesn't make you happy. by having money I mean more than you need.
