I just sold a rental property to cash out the equity. I used to rent it for $1,400. The company that bought it now rents it for $1,900. Brootal.

(I had a lady in there for 8 years and didn't raise the rent on her as often as I could have).

65 year old lady still working full time, adult son in the house with special needs...yeah I couldn't do it to her. I let her pay me in 2 payments each month when she got her paycheck to help her budget.

That house was a wreck tho when she left lol.

Rentcels are sadly destined to remain into peaseant status for eternity but let's be honest everyone acting smug for owning a mortgaged house as their sole piece of property are peasant status too. You should have at least two properties for residence and at least 3 - 5 rental properties otherwise you're also a brokecel peaseant cuck.

there is another option. One can use the funds they would spend on acquiring/renovating extra-properties to instead invest in Stocks/Funds/Bonds/REITS

I have owned 3 Properties myself and prefer the LOW STRESS EASY INCOME from STOCKS/FUNDS/BONDS/REITS along with enjoying a PAID-IN-FULL PRIMARY Residence
